Abstract


Global warming and increasing drought worldwide, more severe degree of desertification , and expanding the scope of such a desertification especially the already very serious state even more so. Therefore, combating desertification is our country a long and arduous and important work. All along, the bio- sand in the process of desertification prevention and control dominate , while in the dry desert areas of water , biological sand slightly inferior. At this point, engineering sand should be relatively effective means of one kind of sand . After the process of governance in the desert , more attention to the bio- sand sand combined with engineering , more scientific solution to the problem of desertification control . 20th century, chemical sand control technology has been widely used. Chemical sand biological sand , sand control engineering auxiliary and complementary measures . By the 21st century, on desert control there are some new features , there are some new multi-effect plant growth agent, desert control functional materials , biological and chemical sand sand combines innovative technology. This article describes the form and desertification hazard analysis of a variety sand technology features , focusing on the chemical sand control technology . According desert governance factors and various governance approaches followed to build expertise in the desert with a network architecture governance expert systems . Discusses the system of governance applied in the desert , explore the desert governance expert system design and system configuration .
