Abstract


With the development of globalization, China has gradually become a "world factory". At the same time, Environmental and human health’s protection has become the most concerned topic in global market, the importing countries have set up a series of green directives and regulations. A testing company is a business line of a global leading group in testing, inspection&certification services, the green business in the booming situation. As the market changes, the new business for finished product in A company has the problem of long TAT(turn around time) and delay of test reports, which can not meet client’s requirements. therefor, A company proposed to set up a teams for a solution to the problem and make appropriate improvements to meet or exceed client’s expectations.This research focused on improving performance of green business based on client’s requirements. This scheme identify the key reasons by using quantitative methods, and adopt the ways of cell production, flexible production and outsourcing to optimize the test process. In this way, A company can shorten TAT and issue reports without delay, which increase client’s satisfaction and meet A company’s policy- To provide value to our clients by delivering accurate and timely information that meets or exceeds their expectations. The research is based on the theory of Processes Optimization, Value Analysis, Cell Production and Six Sigma management,. Starting from the brief introduction, the research analyzed the current problems and reasons in green business. After that, the research described how to make the new process scheme, how to implement the scheme and also did the conclusion on, pointed out the most things which need to be focused on in processes optimization. The research analyzed the key performance indicators between new process and old process to show the improvement in processes optimization. More over, the conclusion was got from the research, optimizing the test process by the way of Cell Production, Flexible Production and Outsourcing can shorten TAT, ensure that test reports will be issued without delay, the scheme also reduce the cost and improve the productivity.
