Abstract


Since the Western industrial revolution began, the damage caused by the industrial development of the ecological environment has been plagued Western developed countries. After 70 years of the 20th century, with the rapidly changing constantly advancing science take-off and the process of industrialization in the worldwide human lifestyle, industrial development and modern lifestyle makes increasing environmental pollution, deterioration of the Earth's ecological environment every year. Environmental pollution and ecological deterioration is gradually increased as the key issues related to the survival and development of human society, ecological and environmental problems also became a major issue emerging in the field of international politics. International environmental cooperation began to occupy an important place in the agenda of Governments. China and Japan are big powers with global influence, the two countries across the sea, since ancient times, have close contacts in the economic, political. After the end of World War II, belong to different camps as well as the confession of the crimes of World War II in Japan, the two countries a long period of the Cold War and hostility. September 29, 1972, the two countries established diplomatic relations on the basis of the Five Principles of Peaceful Coexistence, the termination of the normal state between China and Japan, to start a new page in Sino-Japanese relations. Bilateral cooperation in various fields, the ecological environment of the Sino-Japanese cooperation began in this period. The Green Wave to promote the protection of the Earth, the ecological environment of the Sino-Japanese cooperation issues in the bilateral relations have gradually from the edge to the core environmental cooperation mode to the mechanism of evolution, and the bilateral relations between the two countries. stability and enhance play a positive role. This article first linked to the development of the environmental movement in the world, the development of Sino-Japanese bilateral relations with the development of the Sino-Japanese cooperation on the environment, on the course of development of the Sino-Japanese cooperation on the environment inspection system. On this basis, summary and analysis of the Sino-Japanese environmental cooperation in various forms of cooperation during the formation of the mechanism as well as the characteristics of the cooperation. Constraints and pointed out that the Sino-Japanese environmental cooperation power source of the problems, and the Sino-Japanese environmental cooperation through empirical research methods. Finally the development status of the world environmental movement, pointed out that the future trend of development of the Sino-Japanese environmental cooperation as well as the choice of the path.
