Fujian Agricultural ecosystems resources and environmental crisis, quantitative assessment of agro-ecosystem services and health has practical and far-reaching significance. In this paper, on the basis of full understanding of domestic and foreign Ecosystem Assessment Research Progress, integrated ecology, statistics, biology, soil science, geography and other disciplines of knowledge, the total value of the products and services of the agro-ecosystem in Fujian, art, scientific research and culture the total value of the education, the total value of tourism services, adjust the total value of the climate, purify the total value of the air, water conservation and purification of the total value of the total value of soil conservation service and reduce pests and diseases, the value and the total value of meteorological disasters were assessed.
