Abstract


Water environment and human body fluids and antibiotics melamine testing substances for human health is important. This paper aims to establish an effective separation and sensitive detection of Environmental Water cyanuric acid , melamine, cyromazine and urine levofloxacin, cefazolin sodium and sodium cefminox new HPLC method . Paper is divided into four parts . Chapter I: OVERVIEW RP- HPLC analysis theory and briefly describes recent melamine and related substances , cephalosporins and fluoroquinolones related separation and detection technologies. Chapter II : This paper presents a new effective separation and simultaneous detection of environmental water samples cyanuric acid , melamine and cyromazine reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography. Chromatographic separation using a KROMASIL? C18 column (250 × 4.6 mm ID, 5μm) and gradient elution program . The proposed method has high sensitivity, good precision , etc., can be used to detect environmental water samples at concentrations as low 0.07μg/mL of cyanuric acid and cyromazine and melamine concentrations as low as 0.03μg/mL . Chapter Three: levofloxacin, cefazolin sodium and sodium can Cefminox orally or intravenously , and is mainly excreted in the urine , and its compatibility medication may improve efficacy. Presents an application of ion- pair reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography - diode array detector , the simultaneous determination of these two types of antibiotics in human urine in a new way . This method is effective and accurate , the sensitivity and linearity to meet the testing requirements of clinical levels . Chapter 4: Conclusion and Outlook .
