Abstract

Micro and nano elastic microspheres is a new type of deep profile control agent, strata porous media to improve oil recovery mechanism is not very clear. Research microspheres in the reservoir fluid diversion capabilities and enhanced oil recovery mechanism is of great significance in promoting the application of the technology. Starting from the analysis of rock pore structure characteristics, the use of the capillary pressure curve and parallel to the capillary bundle model and two-dimensional variable cross-section micro-bundle model to calculate the size and distribution of reservoir rock pore throat diameter, the size of the diameter of the microspheres design for fluid diversion provides a theoretical basis; research and analysis of the remaining oil in the reservoir fine capillary formation mechanism, calculate the maximum radius of the capillary actual reservoir at any point in remaining oil; tensor analysis, polymer microspheres solution through the rock produces a voltage drop when the pore throat mathematical model analysis to study the impact of micro ball factors generating pressure drop size; research and analysis microspheres generate total additional pressure to force fluid diversion, start to drive out the remaining oil in the smaller capillary EOR mechanism. The research results show that the reservoir rock pore throat has satisfied, micron-scale, elastic microspheres migration, plugging throat caused by the water flow around the reservoir rocks by elastic deformation by the throat at the throat and in the next again plugging elastic microspheres should be the match satisfied, with the formation micron microspheres; capillary capillary forces of different sizes, the fundamental reason for the formation of the remaining oil; farther from the well in the reservoir pressure gradient Vietnam can drive greater the capillary radius of crude oil, also increased the maximum radius of the capillary is there residual oil, residual oil saturation is larger; elastic microspheres through the pores of the rock throat, and at its entrance contraction stage, through the stage and the breakthrough of the pore throat throat stage produces a voltage drop, wherein the the inlet contraction phase beads solution generated by the maximum voltage drop value, the total pressure drop of about 60%; With the increase of the pore throat ratio and shear rate, apparent viscosity, porosity factor increases, the pressure drop value increases; elastic microsphere diameter additional pressure, the greater the diameter of the microspheres, the smaller the pore throat, resulting in additional pressure the greater; flexibility microspheres in the reservoir, preferential access to large flow passage at the throat plugging an additional pressure the driving pressure steering the flow direction with this additional pressure Heli, not start small capillary in before the start The remaining oil.
