Abstract


With the increasing development of oil and gas fields of technical difficulty , the oil reserves slowdown , increasing environmental costs and fluctuations in international oil prices and large , the traditional cost management model challenges . Oilfield enterprises in China to learn from foreign advanced management concepts based on the face of the grim situation, the introduction of advanced reservoir management , comprehensive cost management , comprehensive budget management , job cost management , target cost management , cost node management cost concept cost management. These advanced concepts for oilfield enterprises to effectively control costs , has played a significant role , the oilfield enterprise cost management and cost control is still a lack of comprehensive and targeted . Therefore, the combination of the the system node management and full target cost management cost management model to become the focus of future research . Firstly , the practice of the basic understanding of the nodes of the system and the target cost management theory and analysis of oilfield enterprises cost management situation and existing problems , followed by analysis of the oilfield enterprise system nodes and the full target cost management contact , the system node the full target cost management on the basis of management 's specific build , and verification by the examples of the full target cost management model scientific and practical . Finally, based on the actual use of the system node full target cost management some safeguards .
