Abstract


The pipes are widely used in various industries , but also plays an important role in the petroleum and chemical industries . The higher sulfur content of refinery feedstock oil , be piping the formation of a more serious corrosion significantly shorten the useful life of the pipeline . To accurately grasp the corrosion of the pipeline , and make full use of the pipeline and avoid pipeline failure in service during the pipeline remaining life prediction . Based on Probability and Statistics in the analysis of the field data , based on Matlab software using Monte-Carlo simulation pipeline corrosion failure probability prediction pipeline life . The main contents are as follows : 1. Process piping risk analysis and corresponding control measures , the introduction of the concept of pipeline integrity management , more comprehensive , more systematic management process piping . Type of process piping corrosion , corrosion factors and the corrosion mechanism . Extensive collection of domestic and international data and field research based on a comprehensive analysis and a summary of the main anti-corrosion measures . Thickness measurement data pipeline to a refinery based Access software to build a the process pipeline corrosion database . Using Excel software statistical distribution of the corrosion rate of the process line thickness measurement data using Matlab software distribution on the corrosion rate data fitting , fitting results show that the corrosion rate distributions follow a normal distribution . All pipeline to a refinery crude oil distillation workshop life assessment . Normal distribution model of the corrosion rate is based on the use of the Monte-Carlo method to simulate various pipeline corrosion failure probability based on Matlab software pipeline in the sulfur content of the raw oil at 1% , acid value of 1 mg KOH / g runtime corrosion rate distribution and total life , the result is basically consistent with the actual situation . On this basis, further simulated localized corrosion life , the result has a certain credibility .
