Abstract


Schedule control, quality control , and cost control as the three control objectives of the project management has been the key to successful project management . Landscape construction process is simple and traditional concepts in the management process in the construction of the garden project progress control have never been given the attention it deserves . At any time , our garden project growing large , complicated landscape construction enterprises increasingly fierce competition the garden construction enterprises in order to enhance their own competitiveness in the market , research the reasonable control of the large garden progress of the project to improve the current the garden construction progress of the enterprise management level is becoming more and more important . This thesis, as the research object to the large-scale garden project , review of the schedule and control theory , for the status of the large garden projects , carried out the characteristics of a large garden projects , construction schedule impact factor analysis , based on the analysis , established a large garden project schedule and control model , and is fully integrated in the model theory as well as project management software , project 2007 , project schedule and control the large garden project schedule preparation and dynamic tracking control . In order to verify the usefulness and applicability of the model , the author of the model applied to the Expo Eco-city two landscape greening projects which the actual schedule control management , found that the model landscape greening Expo Eco-city two works progress achieved good results in the use of planning and control , to make the the original tight deadlines engineering can eventually be completed ahead of schedule . The method of combining theoretical study with the concrete practice of the papers , while making reference to the large amount of literature , the use of modern project management software , Project 2007 plan and control the progress in the progress of the planning and control system for garden construction enterprises in large garden project construction process , how the scientific preparation of the schedule , improve the progress of engineering project management level , have a general sense of reference reference value.
