Abstract

Caused by the temperature difference between the role of the reinforced concrete structure , component crack control , mainly through the choice of materials , construction technology and structural design of the three aspects of research . Concrete material selection and construction technology of temperature shrinkage crack control studies have been made ??more effective results [ 1 ] , the structural design is mainly through the set temperature expansion joints , the rational allocation of temperature contraction all three measures of reinforced concrete shrinkage compensation . Set temperature contraction reinforced to suppress the temperature shrinkage cracks of concrete structural members to carry out an effective way for civil engineering technicians receptive been applied in many engineering . However, the use of the temperature shrinkage reinforced the mechanism of inhibition of crack development is not clear , there is no unified or more specific temperature shrinkage crack reinforcement calculation method . The designers determined empirically reinforced quantity . Designers in the design of the use of a combination of a variety of ways , and often at the same time using the structural design of the three measures , so that not only wasteful , and sometimes may not be able to achieve the intended purpose . The basic model of this paper the use of large-scale structural analysis software on both ends of the embedded solid reinforced concrete members , finite element nonlinear analysis of the effect of temperature changes observed by changing the rate of reinforcement bar diameter , the crack width changes , looking for the relationship between the the temperature crack width and reinforcement ratio . Analyze the ratio of reinforcement mechanism of inhibition of crack development . This paper analyzes the relationship between the concrete crack width and bar diameter and reinforcement ratio , concrete crack width decreases smaller bar diameter equivalent reinforcement ratio reinforcement ratio increases within a certain range , temperature shrinkage crack width is smaller; generated for the small-and medium-sized member of the housing structure , the main consideration should be given in a uniform temperature difference between the role of daily temperature change member take daily temperature and gives a temperature control temperature role in the design of the reinforcement a reasonable reinforcement ratio of shrinkage cracks ; This paper argues that the concrete elements in the analysis using finite element nonlinear simulation of the reaction force of the concrete situation , it is feasible to withstand temperature changes .
