Abstract


Industrial clusters as a global economic phenomenon , has become an important force in promoting regional economic development . After more than ten years of development , the electric bicycle industry cluster in Tianjin , forming a huge industrial agglomeration effect . With the intensification of market competition , product homogeneity , is gradually emerging issues such as low- price competition , and how to further enhance the Tianjin electric bicycle industry cluster competitiveness has become a top priority . Strategic alliance as a new mode of competition and business philosophy , is regarded as the most rapid global strategy , the most economical method to become effective in the form of modern enterprises to improve their competitiveness in the market . This article , based on the theory of industrial clusters and strategic alliances , in-depth study of the electric bike industry development in Tianjin , Tianjin electric car industry cluster model of development should take a strategic alliance , through the establishment of strategic alliances to enhance the electric car companies , and the competitive advantage of industrial clusters . Applying theories and models , focusing on the analysis of electric cars , Tianjin enterprises how to select strategic alliance partners , the alliance performance issues , it is of great significance to promote the Tianjin electric vehicle industry cluster development countermeasures , and for the promotion of China's electric car industry the healthy development of reference and guidance .
