Abstract


The experiment was based on the incidence of the northern pastoral areas, an intensification of cattle mastitis in dairy cows , each season ( summer, autumn , winter ) mining suffering from bovine milk samples 47 , 65 Isolation and identification of bacteria of the cattle farm environmental samples . Drug sensitivity test and its main pathogens , pathogenicity tests and their associated research . Isolation and identification of pathogens results , the summer of 47 milk samples isolated 77 of the 10 species of bacteria , cattle farm environmental samples 65 69 8 bacteria isolated ; fall of 47 milk samples isolated from 49 of the 10 kinds of bacteria , 65 copies of environmental samples seven kinds of bacteria 52 ; winter 47 milk samples isolated 13 bacterial species 81 , 65 environmental samples isolated from 42 8 bacteria . Statistics, the results showed that the above isolated strains ; major pathogens isolated in the milk sample and the environment are Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus . Select 27 kinds of antibiotics in the milk samples for three seasons and cattle farm environment samples isolated pathogens drug susceptibility test results show that the main pathogens in milk samples and environmental gentamicin, cephalosporins class , quinolones performance is more sensitive ; major pathogens in these two types of samples novobiocin , aztreonam , rifampicin , penicillin , streptomycin and sulfa drugs produce different levels of resistance sex . Comprehensive milk samples and the cattle Isolation and identification of environmental samples results , and both strains isolated analysis of variance P gt ; 0.05 , that the milk samples and the difference of the main pathogens isolated cattle farm environment significantly , namely mastitis in dairy cows occurs with cattle environment quality have a direct relationship .
