This thesis investigated the main producing areas of Fujian Anxi Tie Guan Yin tea , Hua and Yongchun County 14 townships 150 surface soil and the corresponding tea copper, zinc nutritional status , discuss the effectiveness and impact of soil zinc zinc in the soil - tea transfer between factor. The main results are as follows: 1 , the test garden soil copper content ranged from 1.74 ~ 99.13 mg · kg -1 sup> with an average of 13.47 mg · kg -1 sup>. Diorite and development of soil total copper content, and rhyolite soils developed copper content was the lowest . For the test garden soil total Zn content 20.59 ~ 140.82 mg · kg -1 sup> with an average of 62.40 mg · kg -1 sup>, diorite soils developed total Zn content, and rhyolite soils developed full minimum zinc content . 2 , the test garden soil effective average concentration of copper content 0.59 mg · kg -1 sup>, amplitude range of 0.09 ~ 3.12 mg · kg -1 sup>, metamorphic development effective highest copper content of the soil , and rhyolite soils developed effective minimum copper content ; garden soil tested range of available zinc content ranged from 0.19 ~ 6.68 mg · kg -1 sup>, an average of 1.20 mg · kg -1 sup>. Type of parent material , organic matter and clay content , and pH on the test garden soil available Cu and Zn in a greater impact. 3 , Tie Guan Yin tea mean copper content of 9.54 mg · kg -1 sup>, amplitude range of 2.01 ~ 39.99 mg · kg -1 sup>. All tested copper levels were lower than in China tea tea health standards (60 mg · kg -1 sup>), 98.6% of the copper content of the sample is less than tea tea copper limit requirements (30 mg · kg -1 sup>). Soil - the total amount of copper tea base and an effective amount of transfer coefficients based copper content of soil and soil available copper content was significantly negatively correlated . 4 , Tie Guan Yin tea zinc content ranged from 11.29 ~ 117.14 mg · kg -1 sup> with an average of 24.07 mg · kg -1 sup>, which has 84 percent of the tea samples zinc content of 11 ~ 30 mg · kg -1 sup> between . Soil - the total amount of zinc tea base and an effective amount based transfer coefficient and soil total Zn , respectively , and soil available Zn content was significantly negatively correlated .
