This paper studies the spinosad sublethal doses of Alishan leafminer parasitoids Fopius arisanus (Sonan) biological and behavioral effects; and pupal mass rearing of cryopreservation were studied; preliminary study of the variable temperature, variable temperature wet the impact of the bee. More than one of sublethal doses of spinosad Alishan maggot impact braconids to right spinosad sensitive Bactrocera dorsalis Bactrocera doralis (Hendel) experimental populations of host Ali maggot breeding wasps, virulence test results show Spinosad on Alishan maggot Braconidae females and males, respectively 0.0908mg/mL and LC50 of 0.0274 mg / mL, LD50, respectively 1.0041mg and 0.8043mg. Times respectively 1000,2000,3000 spinosad treatment Alishan maggot adult wasps wasps, compared with the control, different times of sublethal doses of spinosad are the Alishan maggot Braconidae significantly shorten the life of ; the total fecundity of females, the average fecundity, parasitism rate, emergence rate of offspring into bee etc. With increasing concentration of spinosad decreased; offspring sex ratio, but no significant difference between; Ali Parasitic wasps mountain maggot eggs Bactrocera dorsalis fitting equation fitted Holling disc equation Ⅱ type, processing time as host spinosad concentration increased with the increase; instantaneous attack rate, etc. With more searching effects increasing concentration of spinosad reduced. The results showed that spinosad sublethal doses can shorten life, reduce fertility, such as changing the functional response parameters affect Alishan maggot wasps, thus affecting the biological effect. More than two sublethal doses of spinosad Alishan maggot Braconidae recognition pheromone of behavioral responses: Alishan leafminer parasitoids on Bactrocera dorsalis eggs, secretions, as well as damage to host volatiles have clear guava tropism, and the female tendency to drone on damaged guava rate reached 66.67% and 56.67%, but the females, males performed significantly neither on guava tropism. The spinosad 1000 times after treatment, this trend of changes. EAG response: The Bactrocera dorsalis egg extracts response. The different treatment of Alishan leafminer parasitoids females for egg extracts oriental fruit fly EAG response was not significant; drone without treatment with sublethal doses of sublethal doses after treatment was significantly different. In addition to the control, the different treatment of Alishan leafminer parasitoids on egg extracts female EAG response values, the difference between drones are significant. Secretions for Bactrocera dorsalis extract response. The different treatment of Alishan leafminer parasitoids females on Bactrocera dorsalis secretions extract EAG responses were significantly different from each other; untreated males and spinosad 1000 through 2000 times and processing times significantly different . Different treatments on Alishan maggot secretions extract Braconidae EAG response value difference between male and female bees are very significant. For females abdomen extract reaction, spinosad 3000 times treated Alishan maggot cocoon for adult females females abdomen extract EAG response compared with untreated and 1000, and 2000-fold treatment are significantly different; drone by 2000 times treated with untreated and 1000, 3,000 times the value of processed EAG responses were significantly different. Alishan maggot different treatment Braconidae females abdomen extract value EAG responses of male and female wasps were no significant differences between. 3 of hypothermia on Alishan maggot impact braconids temperature through the indoor simulation to study the wasps Alishan maggot pupae of different ages at different times under low temperature conditions to save different effects on emergence rate and studied the Alishan maggot Braconidae male and female adult wasps, 9-day-old pupae of temperature and sublethal linear fit. The results showed that with the increase of pupal age, the ability to enhance resistance to low temperature, 16 ℃ was 6 days old pupae stored within 20d best cryopreservation temperature; 9-day-old pupae can be placed under the lower 13 ℃ preservation. But the nine-day-old pupae stored at 13 ℃ after adult emergence reach sexual maturity after parasitism rate increased with the number of days to save increases. At different temperatures, female, LT50 drones were the 6.6149d at 4 ℃ and 5.0274 d, 7 ℃ under 8.1235d and 5.7294d, 10 ℃ under 9.6161d and 5.3221d, 13 ℃ under 5.0257d and 2.7880 d, and the measured temperature in mortality has renewed the process; 9-day-old pupae LT50 at different temperatures were at 4 ℃ 8.4172d, 7 ℃ under 8.1235d, 10 ℃ under 13.9949d, 13 ℃ Next 18.4107d; same temperature pupae rate and the number of days to save the relationship suitable to use quadratic fit. Studies suggest that pupal cold strong in female adult bees, can be used as cryopreservation instars. 4 variable temperature, variable temperature becomes wet on Alishan maggot parasitoids impact study of the variable temperature, variable temperature and wet conditions, the different dates of weather conditions on Mt maggot Braconidae hatchability of eggs, pupae rate, adult parasites rate and offspring sex ratio. The results show that the variable temperature, variable temperature becomes wet on the Alishan maggot cocoon parasitoid had Bactrocera dorsalis hatchability no influence; different approach to total eclosion number effects are: control gt; variable temperature gt; variable temperature change wet; the parasitoid emergence numbers affected are: control gt; variable temperature gt; variable temperature becomes wet; room temperature developmental sexual maturity Alishan leafminer parasitoids in different treatment under the parasitism rate is different on different dates under all manifestations of variable temperature parasitism rate under wet gt; alternating temperatures of parasitism rate gt; parasitism rate under control.
