Abstract

Objective: To through experimental simulation chest phantom Chinese people from CT sectional anatomy and tissue X-ray attenuation equivalence comparative study of two normal adult, to evaluate the clinical and scientific value. Methods: normal adult male volunteers were (Outpatient healthy volunteers, aged 20 to 50 years old, 165 to 170 cm tall, weighing about 60 kg) and 10 as a control. GE the company Brightspeed Elite 16-slice spiral CT CDP-1C Chinese people with the same technical parameters simulation of chest phantoms and normal adult routine chest CT scan, to judge both CT cross-sectional images of the anatomical structures reflect similar The degree of attenuation equivalent degree; according to the analysis of the X-ray of the phantom tissue measured CT values ??of various tissues and organs. Results: CT sectional anatomy, the Chinese people Simulation chest phantom with normal adult basic similarity; tissue X-ray attenuation equivalent phantom and human lung, heart, spine CT value comparison, the difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05), the degree of deviation of phantom liver and human liver, 4.49%. The tissues and organs of the phantom CT value of human tissues and organs degree of deviation of less than 5%, in line with the experimental phantom standard. Conclusion: The Chinese people Simulation chest phantom as an objective assessment tool can be applied to the experimental study of CT low dose. Second part of the multi-slice spiral CT scan in patients with organ dose Objective: To study the use of the Chinese people Simulation chest model to measure noise figure under absorption of various tissues and organs of the chest dose, calculated effective dose (ED) and MSCT chest scan dose assessment . : Cloth phantom the Exothermic dosimeters (TLD) to measure the absorbed dose in various tissues and organs under different noise levels, and record the average dose length product of (DLP); respectively translated into the ED comparative study and analysis of automatic tube current modulation (ATCM) technique the different noise Index chest CT scan dose levels. Statistical methods to select a single factor t-test using SPSS 12.0 statistical software for analysis. Results: When the noise figure gradually increased to 22.5 from 8.5, DLP mean decreasing from 393.57mGy/cm to 78.75mGy/cm, a downward trend in the absorbed dose of each organ (the lung, for example, the average absorbed dose from 22.38 mGy down to 3.66mGy ). Calculated by the application of DLP mean ED ED is low compared to the organ absorbed dose (noise index of 8.5, for example, are two ways the ED were 6.69 and 8.77 mSv). Conclusion: The Chinese simulation phantom CT dose assessment is more accurate; setting at least based on the the ATCM technology chest CT scan noise index should be greater than 8.5.
