Abstract


Objective: To compare the clinical efficacy of rectal cancer resection with traditional open surgery laparoscopic , discover the advantages of minimally invasive laparoscopic surgical treatment of colorectal cancer . METHODS: From March 2008 to March 2011 , Chongqing Ninth People's Hospital and the First Affiliated Hospital of Chongqing Medical laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer in 31 patients and randomly selected 31 patients with open surgery for the same period . Surgical safety and short-term complications were compared between the two groups . Results: The laparoscopic group 1 patients with celiac widespread metastatic laparotomy. Laparoscopic operative time was longer than the open surgery group ; laparoscopic group in the amount of bleeding , intestinal recovery time , eating recovery time , postoperative analgesia superior to open surgery group , the difference was statistically significance ( P lt ; 0.05) . While the number in the lymph node dissection specimen length , far distance from the edge , no significant differences in postoperative complications sex ( P gt ; 0.05) . Conclusion: The laparoscopic minimally invasive surgery has the advantage , you can achieve the curative effect of traditional surgery , less blood loss , faster recovery , fewer complications , is a safe and reliable technique .
