Abstract


Objective: To investigate the laparoscopic surgery for deep vein thrombosis risk factors . Methods: 40 cases of retroperitoneal surgery patients surgery were divided into two groups and after laparoscopic group of 20 patients , 20 cases of open surgery group , venous blood testing before surgery and after surgery , platelet count ( PLT ) mean platelet volume ( MPV ) , platelet distribution width ( PDW ) and D-dimer ( D - dimer ) , thrombomodulin ( TM ) were observed different surgical procedures on these indicators . T-test between the two groups using independent sample data . Results: open surgery group and two groups of patients before and after surgery after laparoscopic group experimental indicators are as follows PLT : ( preoperative ) 177.0vs186.6 171.0vs164.8 ( after ) ; PDW : 12.5vs13.4 ( preoperative ) , 12.6 vs13.7 ( after ) ; MPV : the 10.7vs11.1 ( preoperative ) , 10.8vs11.1 ( after ) ; D - dimer : the 0.1vs0.1 ( preoperative ) , 0.2vs0.1 ( postoperative ) ; TM : 22.3vs24.7 ( preoperative ) , 22.2vs25.0 ( after surgery ) , the two groups before and after surgery difference was not statistically significant (P = gt ; 0.05 ) Conclusion: Compared with open surgery , urology laparoscopic surgery on platelet parameters in patients , D-dimer and thrombomodulin small.
