Abstract


Objective: systematic review and Meta-analysis the hemodialysis population epidemiological characteristics and risk factors of hepatitis B virus (HBV), to provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B in the dialysis population. Method: by two analysts tracked by computer search database literature retrieval time from January 1987 to October 2009, according to certain inclusion and exclusion criteria screening literature. A large number of HBV vaccine is intramuscular or subcutaneous injection of small doses of vaccine is possible to improve the generation rate of the protective antibodies. Objective: To investigate the relationship of TNF-α, IL-12B and IL-10 gene polymorphism and hemodialysis population of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. Methods: survey 903 people for the 15 hemodialysis centers in hemodialysis patients. Specially designed \Grouping: HBV infection and HBV test results conducted experiments uninfected group. HBV infection in patients according to the HBsAg whether positive divided into: HBV persistent infection group and HBV automatically clear the group. Traditional phenol - chloroform extraction method of genomic DNA; using polymerase chain reaction - restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis methods (PCR-RFLP) detection of TNF-α-238, -308, IL-10-592 - 819 and IL12B 1188 gene polymorphism. Results: HBV infection group with HBV uninfected group sex, and age distribution of the differences (P gt; 0.05). Receiving hemodialysis treatment duration related to the prevalence of HBV infection (P lt; 0.001), history of blood transfusion between the two groups and found no significant differences (P gt; 0.05). TNF-α-238 A allele of TNF-α-238, -308 AA genotype and the IL12B 3'UTR C / C, C / A genotype can reduce HBV viral susceptibility (P lt; 0.05), while the TNF-α-238, -308 GA haplotype but can increase the susceptibility of HBV virus (P lt; 0.001), IL-10-592 A / A, IL-10-819 T / T genotype and IL- 10-592, -819 AT haplotype continued in HBV infection group than in viral clearance group decreased expression (P lt; 0.05) Conclusion: Han Chinese blood dialysis patients TNF-α and IL12B gene polymorphism may HBV susceptibility related, and IL-10 gene polymorphism may our results to guide dialysis patients with potential significance to the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B and persistent infection of HBV.
