Abstract


21st century is the era of knowledge economy, learning and innovation have become the keywords of The Times. Universities should adapt to the changing social environment and education development, must constantly improve the ability to learn, to innovate and improve the level of education. But each individual schools of organizational learning is different, accordingly, the purpose of organizational learning, the way is also different, which leads to study the effect of the differences. Learning ability is related to the sustainable development in the market competition of core competence. The main purpose of this study lies in the behavior of Chinese colleges and universities to improve learning ability, ability to learn the theoretical basis of research universities, analyze the present situation of university learning ability construction indicates that the factors affecting learning ability in colleges and universities, improve the learning ability is put forward the basic strategy, improve teaching quality, enhance competitiveness for the school to provide theoretical basis. In this paper, under the circumstances of globalization of education is closely combined with the reality of the construction of colleges and universities in our country, is committed to build a learning college, put forward the strategies of the improve learning ability in colleges and universities, trying to radically enhance the core competitiveness of university, construction of modern university with point ability, promote the harmonious development of higher education.
