Abstract


To support the war and the revival of agriculture during the Nanjing National Government, the province of Hubei gradually had taken measures to respond to the call, including introduced new regulations for land deal, established rural farm cooperatives and the Group and so on. Coincides with the time, because of having large lake dried out the shortage of fertile soil are all but wasteful to discard, so the Armed Services Committee chairman line decided establishing the implementation of state-owned farms named the Jinshui farm. However, due to Sino-Japanese War and the existence of land rights disputes in the field of development makes the twists and turns.This paper analyzes the profile of Jinshui built on the basis of the farm, before the war and the war will be divided into two phases after the disputes over the right of the site discusses the issues of the system.Before the war, Jinshui farm building carrying the national government "model in rural areas," the good mind、in terms of size、business model、etc. But because there is no deal on compensation for people losing caused deterioration of relations between officials and the public and ultimately lead to the occurrence of fire tragedy Jinshui farms, although the national government has adopted a series of remedial measures to reduce losses, the absence of the right remedy, coupled with the outbreak of war, This land ownership dispute was hastily closed the event.After the war, Jinshui farm was trampled to save the horrors of war to implement a large-scale rectification plan, but the plan failed to land ownership and landless farmers clear land to make a fair compensation for the account, resulting in land rights disputes in the event again staged.
