Today, from the language of contemporary art, we can see a variety of artistic styles, from visual to voice, to interactive installations, and to the smell of art. All these expressions are from the industrial civilization of mankind, and our science and technology development. This allows artists to have more tools and richer artistic language to record the current status of social development, while giving the viewer a closer feel to art. Today, our understanding of the smell just stops at the "fragrant" and "smelly," two concepts. Because smell is something invisible, it is difficult to explain in words. It is impossible to form the theory in words to study and analyze it. Although the smell of the kingdom is rich in content, it is difficult to get started for studying. SinceⅠsaw the works of Tula Si artist, I’ve become very interested in smell art, andⅠalso have a lot of questions about it. Smell art really exists? How doⅠcollect it? How doⅠshow it? Smell Art is an illusion. This illusion just gives artist’s fantasy unlimited room for creativity. We say that smell art is very abstract. In fact, it is between fantasy and physical.Ⅰthink the smell and gas in the future will be showing in a new field in contemporary art. Currently, many artists have begun to study it, and already produce a great deal of attention to the smell art performance in the art, because the smell feature cannot be compared with visual and auditory features. Art in the domestic exhibition is still blank. The exhibition of showing smell art opens a new door to showing the appreciation of art, with the nose’s point of view, which is completely different from the previous visual exhibition. There are limited conditions in the current exhibition. Everything is exploration and study; however, to explore its significance is valuable. There is a considerable degree of artistic development in visual art, sound art, artistic taste and touch art, but the development is blank in smell art. Achieving the development of smell art, the art of human facial features can be in integrated development, so that the smell art is an important future direct ion.
