Abstract


With the vigorous development of network technology, e-commerce (Electronic Commerce) with its fast, efficient advantage subvert traditional trading patterns. Online shopping is an important application of e-commerce, and becoming one of the people's consumption, it gave rise to a convenience while the legal issues have become increasingly prominent. In the field of contract law, the intention to become the main way due to the extensive application of electronic contracts, electronic communication, impact and challenges facing traditional contract law system and applicable. Buying Online is an online shopping way in recent years, emerging, which mainly includes three modes: spontaneous buy; business network buy; marketing buy. Business network buy popular online buy mode, is a third-party service platform provided by a professional website released buy projects, and by providing technology and services to help buyers and sellers reach an agreement. Their legal relationship is relatively complex, due to the involvement of professional buy site, more legal issues that arise in practice.
