Abstract


"Possessions Possessions perseverance," the pursuit of property is a strong driving force of human civilization and progress. Collective ownership of rural land property rights system inherent defects in the objective difficulty of reducing the levy; the Constitution and other laws and regulations on the collection of imperfect compensation, the right way is not smooth relief, gave the land property rights of farmers to bring obstacles.Marx attached great importance to the issue of land ownership, he believes that "all production and all land is the source of life.
