Abstract


Today’s society has entered a high-risk society China is in a transition period of high risk. Theory of harmonious society needs to be born of the times, this era of harmonious society in the context of key research groups of the social impact of unexpected events. Currently on the Mass Emergency research a lot, but the event from small to large areas of less evolution mechanism. In this paper, dialectical materialism, the process - event study research methods and social psychology of mass incidents have occurred deep roots and to explore the mechanism of evolution, and on this basis proposed countermeasures.The first chapter introduction. Unexpected events from the mass emrgency, analyzes the significance of the study, defined the relevant concepts.The secend chapter theoretical basis. Starting from the cause of the problem, through the massive emergency in foreign countries on the research, summarizes the theory of Marx’s social conflict; Beck’s theory of social risks; Coser’s theory of social conflict. In research methodology, this paper adhere to the Marxist dialectical materialism and historical materialism, the integrated use of empirical analysis and critical analysis of the Marxist method, combining theory and practice of mass incidents in depth.The third chapter mass emergency situation and cause. Deal of the emergency situation is frequent events, coping mechanisms are inadequate. This article focuses on the economic, political and social analysis of the three causes of the incident.The fourth chapter Mass Emergency mechanism of evolution. First analyzed the factors that influence the evolution of the event, followed by analysis of the event from scratch, from weak to strong evolutionary mechanism.The fifth chapter improvement Mass Emergency governance mechanism. Based on the origin and evolution of the event mechanism, put forward the corresponding management system: the interests of the coordination mechanism, innovation management, social coordination mechanism, mechanism for guiding public opinion, psychological control mechanism to prevent resolving mechanism.Building a socialist harmonious society requires a stable social environment, group incidents undermine social stability, but also to the government to play a "booster"in the storm drain issue before the government change the thinking and improve response to sudden Made events.
