Abstract


Social harmony is an essential attribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the important guarantee for prosperity of the country, the revitalization of the nation and the happiness of the people. Employment is the people's livelihood, to create a level playing field, a reasonable and orderly environment for employment, actively promoting social employment harmonious society; social fairness and justice are the basic conditions of a harmonious society; government in a harmonious society to play a co-ordinating take into account the coordination of a leadership role. Thus, the establishment and formation of an open, transparent, fair and equitable system of recruiting civil servants, effective way to eliminate discrimination in recruiting civil servants occurs will build our democratic rule of law, fairness and justice, honesty and fraternity, vigor and vitality, stability and order, human a harmonious socialist society in harmony with nature, to achieve the goal of the comprehensive construction well-off society of a higher level of the benefit of all the people to play a positive role in promoting.
