Related to people 's livelihood problem has always been happy and harmonious social development a major issue, but also academics has always been highly concerned about and struggling to explore the issue. Seventeenth Party Congress report clearly pointed out: \people to education, employment, medical services and a sense of security , and housing , promote the building of a harmonious society . \asked me to party with worldwide vision , study hard to learn at all times and all efforts conducive to people's livelihood ideological essence . Sun Yat-sen in China the first time in modern history, ideology explicitly put forward the people's livelihood and the livelihood of the people 's democratic revolution doctrine as one of the major program to construct the history of China 's first modern sense of the rich Livelihood ideology . Comrade Mao Zedong pointed out: \So, carefully combing , Sun Yat-sen 's livelihood study ideology and efforts to tap its contemporary value , do a good job for us today, people's livelihood , building a socialist harmonious society is indispensable reality reference value.
