Abstract


Engels’women’s view is the important guiding ideology in the history of women liberation. He was encouraging women to liberate the mind, that all women should work in the back to the public; On the basis of the production of human beings, women should participate in social production, which is the home social work, so that women and men equal. In this paper, the Engels’s theory, by increasing the level of education of women, Qinghai Tu women improve the economic status by their own efforts, out of the house, participate in the activities of national cultural behavior, and the roles of these behavioral activities in the nation’s cultural development, behavior reflected in these women’s cultural consciousness Tu impact on society and on cultural heritage and development of Tu role. By geographical factors, economic level, education, and many other effects, Tu and women can not inherit and develop better play the role of national culture, therefore, address the real Tu women encountered many difficulties, so that it better Play their own role, but also one of this study.
