Abstract


With the upgrading of the strategic positioning of the China University of Petroleum ( East China) , will inevitably lead to change and transformation of schools under the Secondary College , School of Economics and Management as a non-oil main subjects of the two colleges , has always lagged behind in the development process the pace of development of the school as a whole , is still in the transition process from teaching college teaching and research Institute , a typical representative in the school's non-oil trunk College .
