Abstract


Professional development of teachers has now become widespread concern around the world one of the educational hot topics, it is also the practical needs of teacher education and the future direction of development. In China's basic education curriculum reform context, as with the new technologies, new ideas most closely integrate information technology school teacher charged with the task of education information, which is particularly important to their professional development. But the teaching itself is a stressful job, in the context of the new curriculum, IT teachers face increasingly large individual differences in student access to information channels more widely teaching reality, complexity increasingly The higher the various teaching tasks, high expectations of society, the school system and other rigid, over time there will be burnout. Burnout is not a universally accepted definition, but all investigators basically reached a consensus on the long-term teacher burnout teachers work under pressure in a negative response. Same study also showed that teacher burnout in today has become a more serious problem, which not only affects the health of individual teachers and teacher quality of life, but also for the development of teachers' and students had a direct negative impact, it is a direct impact on the development of education in our country. Therefore, understanding the characteristics and complexity of teacher burnout causes to help alleviate or eliminate teacher burnout has become an urgent problem to be solved. In this study, high school IT teacher burnout as the theme, further attention to senior IT professional development of teachers. Through the high school IT teachers and students conducted a questionnaire survey and case interviews for teachers, high school teachers in information technology to understand the current situation and characteristics of burnout, focusing on three issues: (1) High School IT teacher burnout and the overall condition Variables with different backgrounds and different compared the impact of professional development for teachers; (2) High School IT teacher burnout formation, characteristics and influencing factors; (3) High School IT teacher burnout solving strategies. Around the theme of this study, this paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter, Introduction. The topic of this study, meaning, purpose, method, several aspects of the design line interpretation; reform of basic education in the current environment, burnout has its own professional development of teachers, students, schools and education produced a certain negative impact. This paper attempts to theoretically relevant research results abroad to sort out, burnout enrich our theoretical study connotations. In practice, mainly to improve the status of teacher burnout for teachers and related departments to provide a theoretical basis for understanding burnout and clarify High School IT teacher burnout research necessity. Chapter II, Definition and Related Research. This paper studies from burnout basic theory related to cultural theory, theory of teacher professional development related to information technology and related educational theory point of view on this study and other related concepts and overview. Chapter III, senior IT burnout Survey. This chapter mainly through Shaanxi and Shanxi provinces some high school IT teachers survey to understand IT teacher burnout and differences affect the overall level, and through student questionnaires accordingly, from the side to understand the IT teacher burnout Learn more about conditions and burnout for teachers' professional development. Chapter IV, High School IT teacher burnout formation and influencing factors. This chapter focuses on the use of interviews with a representative on the three high school teachers in information technology were studied. Through these case studies, the focus of IT burnout formation characteristics, causes and influencing factors. Chapter V, High School IT teacher burnout mitigation measures. Under the Senior IT burnout characteristics and causes of this article from the external environment - social and school as well as internal factors - individual teachers put forward three high school IT burnout mitigation and solution strategies.
