Abstract

TV is the most suitable for the rural reality , most close to the life of the peasants , is most likely to affect change, to improve the quality of farmers media mass media . The research shows that TV is across the country farmers have the most contact \Wada remote , rural areas in terms of poverty-stricken areas , the role of television is more prominent , long way to go . In Xinjiang 's south, is composed of seven counties and one city , poverty-stricken areas to be known as the \development . However , compared with other places in the southern border state of rural development is slow, is still very difficult to extricate poverty torture , some farmers so far it is difficult to solve the problem of food and clothing . According to data provided by the Statistical Office of the Hotan Prefecture , Hotan farmers per capita income in 2010 to 3150 yuan . In Hotan Prefecture , to explore the reasons for the slow development of Hotan rural blamed remote natural environment , traditional culture , and religion . While these factors can indeed have an important impact on the development of rural areas , but it is not the main thing. This article through field surveys , content analysis , survey research methods , analysis of the role of television in the construction of new the rural political , economic, cultural .
