Abstract


At present our country in the social transformation period of history, the new problems, new contradictions increasing domestic group incidents occurred frequently, and present a new features. Group event is usually the news media hot pursuit, is also the focus of public concern and government management of the key and difficult point, which involved in the media, the public and government tripartite rights relationship. The news media in crisis response plays an indispensable role, the media group incidents reported if handled properly, can be in the public mood calm, maintain social stability on play an important role, and also can help the government to the public quickly convey some important advice or instructions. Transition of group incidents has its own special characteristics, the classification and analysis can make the media under the transition of group events have thoroughly grasp. In recent years our country news media reports to group events there are some problems, this paper analyzes, from journalism and communication, and combining the crisis spread, agenda setting theory, using the funk of crisis life cycle, this paper puts forward four phases of the news media in various stages of group incidents reported countermeasures and guide public opinion.
