Abstract

Porous silicon because of its unique characteristics of the light-emitting and huge surface area than aroused great interest in the field of optical detection . In biological sensing and optical detection, etc. Due to the special surface of the porous silicon structure , making it have been widely applied. This article using dual slot electrochemical etching method in an N-type monocrystalline silicon (100 crystal plane ; resistivity 0.01 - 0.02Ω · cm ) were prepared on the substrate out of the N-type porous silicon , by an electron microscope test system of illumination , electrolytic concentration , the corrosion current density of the porous silicon formation and structure morphology . The results showed that the formation of the N - type porous silicon structure , the surface morphology is controlled by optimizing conditions , we prepared a uniform distribution of the porous silicon . Often just prepared porous silicon surface layer hole porous silicon is very unfavorable for biological molecules to enter the pores have been able to become one of the main obstacles to produce porous silicon biosensor . Through a series of post-processing method for surface treatment of porous silicon , orifice porous silicon layer is removed , so that the surface morphology of the porous silicon has been greatly improved . In this article , also describes a novel biological immune detection method based on the porous silicon , the antigen and its corresponding antibody , respectively, as the target and probe , produced by the method of biological functions immunosensor, results showed that this method successfully achieve a qualitative and quantitative detection of biological , and the same time , as a comparison , we also through the fact that non-immune antibody and the antigen is not an antigen - antibody reaction occurs that this detection method has a very high specificity . As a biological means of detection , the method is designed to be simple , rapid detection , high sensitivity and label-free . Based on these advantages , the porous silicon - based immunosensor will be widely applied in many fields .
