Abstract

Competition of modern enterprises is largely cost- competitive , cost competitiveness is the survival and development of an important guarantee . GSSBD Transmission and Distribution Engineering Company in similar construction companies, cost competitiveness has been in a relatively backward state . GSSBD engineering company in order to compete in an invincible position in terms of cost , it is necessary to improve cost management methods . In recent years, affected by the impact of inflation , rising prices of raw materials, engineering , resulting in the company increasing material costs , labor market competition , leading to increased labor costs , and because GSSBD companies have been expanding , construction continue to broaden the scope of the company 's management costs continue to increase. As the fierce market competition changes so GSSBD company for market development, bidding and other indirect costs are also increasing. Company project costs in the other costs , primarily in the construction line construction site fees that crop compensation , tree felling , housing demolition , tower covering other expenses is also increasing . Project cost covers a wide spending big to GSSBD company's cost management and control has caused great difficulty . On the one hand the system for the company , branch offices , the project managers at all levels to provide guidance for project cost management ; hand through the effective operation of the system for comprehensively improve the company's cost management level, improve the company's economic efficiency , to achieve profit maximization has a very important role.
