Abstract


Financial risk early warning is based on based financial and accounting information , by setting and observe some sensitive indicators of change , the implementation of the enterprise may or will face financial risk monitoring and alerts , enabling businesses to timely prevention and control , and reduce losses to minimum. In recent years, due to external market competition and internal mismanagement , China's enterprises in the financial crisis phenomenon is widespread , and some of them even bankruptcy . In order to achieve the development of the fierce competition , many enterprises have established financial risk early warning system . Global warming , human deterioration of the ecological environment , the shortage of conventional energy resources and cause the situation of environmental pollution , solar photovoltaic technology generally get the attention and support of the Governments .
