Abstract


Important way to optimize the allocation of private equity funds as a resource market but also solve the problem of financing of SMEs important means to achieve rapid development in recent years in our country . Financing , project investment and exit is essential in the process of the operation of the private equity fund three aspects of any one link in the chain will affect the normal operations of the private equity funds , and ultimately for the realization of profits , so the exit in the operation of private equity funds crucial reasonable exit mode can guarantee huge profits and good liquidity , is also an important guarantee of private equity fund is able to achieve a virtuous circle . This article based on the current development of China 's private equity fund , to exit the mode for the main content , the analysis of the existing problems in China 's private equity funds to exit . First summarized the theory of private equity funds , including both domestic and international research and general principles , and summarizes the major developed countries abroad experience of private equity funds to exit mode . Secondly , through a combination of case analysis , highlights China 's private equity fund IPO exit mode and M \u0026 A exit mode , trying reasoned . Finally, the problems of China 's private equity funds to exit , such as a single exit path , the lack of relevant laws and regulations , the imperfections of the intermediary service system and the lack of private equity fund professional talent , put forward a reasonable proposal , such as to improve the capital market systems, and improve relevant laws and regulations , and promote the development of the intermediary service system and to develop professional talent in private equity funds . Therefore , this study has great practical significance .
