Abstract


Since the reform and opening up, China's urbanization, industrialization and modernization, the pace continues to accelerate, the social productive forces have also been a gradual emancipation, the society has been sustained and rapid economic development. With the promotion of agricultural science and technology, as well as the improvement of the efficiency of agricultural production, the rural surplus labor, engaged in non-agricultural production, a period of social transition migrant workers began to be transferred to the city. After decades of development, the migrant workers have become an important force in our economy and society, expanding its scale and the number of important new force in society can not be ignored. In building a moderately prosperous society in the construction process, they have made important contributions. Long-term medical insurance for migrant workers by the limitations of the \health insurance is no legal basis for the embarrassing situation. Currently, the state did not establish and improve the labor inspection system, so that migrant workers can not be related to the supervision of the law enforcement agencies to participate in medical insurance, there is no way to protect their legitimate rights and interests. Lower the overall education level of the migrant workers and the overall quality of the younger, mainly concentrated in labor-intensive work.
