Abstract


This paper mainly describes the relationship between Yu-chuan Pu and the bank of communicatians in late qing dynasty,tied to associated and analysised the economic change in political foerces.In late qing dynasty,Facing the situation of dilemma,the qing government began to change in political institutions.so establishment Yu-chuan Pu and administer transportation operations such as postal service telecoms railways and commercial transports.In order to control economic,it is possible for Yu-chuan Pu to establish the bank of communications.so the relationship between Yu-chuan Pu and the bank of communications. First of all is control, Yu-chuan Pu is the biggest shareholder of the bank,it controled the bank’s personnel appointments,the constitute of system and the institutions of supervision.It means that in early stage of the bank of communications. Yu-chuan Pu has the most important position.Secondly,they are interdependent, the bank of communications gained independence by Yu-chuan Pu’s support.In ordinary operations, Yu-chuan Pu support the bank in funding by transportation industry which it controled.Meanwhile,it achieve the goals of withdraw the jinghan railway and telegraph shares.In the process of build railway, the bank of communications provide fund actively for Yu-chuan Pu.So they eastablish well relationships.However,when times change quickly,the bank of communications began to master it’s internal affairs and cast off mail preach department’s control.The bank of communications’ shareholders began to should the burden in special period.
