Abstract


From 2006 to fulfill our commitment to full opening of the banking sector since the rapid development of foreign banks in the country , whether it is the number of institutions , asset size or market share is growing rapidly. Entry of foreign banks has brought both to China's advanced experience and financial service concept , but also for China's commercial banks tremendous competitive pressure , at the same time , to a certain extent, increased our financial instability factors, China's financial regulators with new challenges . 2008 U.S. financial crisis caused governments to rethink foreign bank supervision . In this context, the study of the regulation of foreign banks , to adapt to China 's national conditions to explore foreign bank regulatory mode has some theoretical and practical significance. This paper describes the theory of foreign bank supervision , analyzes of the current situation on foreign bank supervision and to learn from foreign experience , combined with the 2008 financial crisis in the United States after the international regulation of new ideas , to our country on foreign bank supervision study proposes countermeasures. This paper is divided into five chapters. The first chapter of the domestic and foreign banks, regulatory issues concerning research status were summarized for this study lay the foundation ; chapter on foreign bank supervision theory analyzed, explained the historical evolution of foreign bank supervision and the main content ; the third chapter analyzes the development and regulation of foreign banks present situation , trying to figure out supervision of foreign banks in the practical problems and to strengthen supervision of foreign banks, the need for analysis ; fourth chapter on foreign bank supervision content main line, right foreign regulatory practices of foreign banks to compare different countries learn from successful practices . CHAPTER put forward a sound foreign bank supervision Suggestions .
