Abstract


China, as a large agricultural country, agriculture and rural economic development of the impact on China's economy is critical. Stage with the development of China's agricultural economy, the rural capital supply and demand changes for rural finance both the total amount of the credit or financial services have raised the newer and higher requirements. But most of the domestic social capital flow of the comparative effectiveness of non-farm sector, a massive outflow of rural funds seriously restricting the development of agriculture and rural economy. The research shows that grassroots institutions of the state-owned commercial banks to withdraw various reasons, the positioning of the rural credit cooperatives, their own operational efficiency issues since the mid-1990s, farmers and rural enterprises to obtain loans more difficult. The lack of appropriate and effective financial institutions to provide financial services for the rural areas and farmers, unable to meet the financing needs of the rural economic entity has seriously hampered the development of the rural economy, and also contributed to one of the main reasons for the slow growth of farmers' income. On the other hand, due to the unbalanced development of China's rural economy and there is a big difference, constitute the level of financial development of the regional financial system, regional rural financial development to explore certain theoretical significance. The new China was founded more than 60 years, the regional agricultural sustainable development of all-round prosperity of the rural economy, the substantial increase in production of agricultural and livestock products, grain and other major agricultural and livestock by the long-term shortage to become the country's major grain production bases and livestock base in Inner historic leap. In recent years, rural financial services is undergoing positive changes, but still low coverage of rural financial institutions with banking outlets, lack of financial supply, inadequate competition, some remote areas, there are still financial services blank, resulting in farmers getting loans and the rural SME loans, seriously hampered the development of the rural economy. Therefore, Inner Mongolia rural finance to support the role of economic growth in rural areas in Inner Mongolia has a very important practical significance. In the course of the study, the research results of domestic and foreign scholars and the theory summarized next describe the status quo of the rural economy and rural finance in Inner Mongolia, under the premise of the first two working model selected and indicators of Inner Mongolia, rural economic development and the development of rural financial relations empirical analysis to identify the shortcomings of Inner Mongolia, rural financial support rural economic development in Inner Mongolia, on this basis, and final recommendations.
