Abstract


In order to improve the efficiency in the use of Financial Funds, based in Hebei, access to relevant literature and empirical methods of use of regression analysis to study the the Financial Funds scale effects and structure effects, obtained Hebei Financial Funds of agricultural GDP enhance the impact of significant but limited impact on the per capita income of farmers, and Financial Funds allocated structure is not reasonable conclusion. The whole paper is divided into five chapters.
