Abstract


Regional cooperation in tourism has become one of the major trends in today's tourism development, more and more countries and regions are aware of the importance of cooperation in the development of the tourism industry of both cross-border cooperation in tourism like Northeast Asia, the Mekong region travel, tourism cooperation between the provincial domain, such as the Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta regional cooperation has matured and achieved good results led to the development of the economy. The Northeast vast territory, rich in tourism resources, to strengthen cooperation in this area, has a very important significance in promoting the tourism industry in the Northeast to enhance the overall. In recent years, the Northeast's annual tourism revenue has maintained a 20% increase at an alarming rate, such a revitalization of tourism largely due to regional cooperation. With the gradual deepening of cooperation, northeast tourism circle pattern has been initially formed, experts speculate that this region may become popular after another following the Yangtze River Delta, the Pan-Pearl River Delta regional tourism sector. With the further deepening of cooperation and expand the many stakeholders in the three northeastern provinces of regional tourism cooperation increasingly surfaced, the different interest demands resulting conflict of interest and contradictions, managers not objectively evasive and need to be proactive and important issues to be addressed. Reasonable allocation of the benefits and the impact of an important issue in the three northeastern provinces of regional cooperation in tourism, its equality, fair and reasonable direct relationship to long-term and stable cooperation, which is the focus of this study. Based on the literature and theoretical study of regional tourism cooperation at home and abroad, the first of the concept outlined, specifically addressed to game theory, the theory of the distribution of benefits, symbiotic theory, systems theory, management of stakeholder theory theory based on the current situation of tourism from the Northeast, and the course of development of the three northeastern provinces of regional tourism cooperation, conditions and characteristics of the foundation of cooperation outlined a comprehensive analysis of the three northeastern provinces of regional tourism cooperation in the interests of the connotation constitute and interests assigned connotation, the main body, and then focuses on the importance of the Northeast Regional Tourism Cooperation in the distribution of benefits, features, contradictions, in principle, the allocation model, the simplest way to put forward on this basis and the establishment of the three northeastern provinces of regional tourism cooperation in the distribution of benefits and model, and finally both from the government and the market mechanism attempts to build effective Manchuria area tourism benefit distribution coordination mechanism, in order to be able to explore the coordination of the interests of the three northeastern provinces of regional tourism cooperation depth development path. Delve into the Northeast region, the development of the tourism system has an extremely important theoretical and practical significance.
