Abstract

Into the 21st century, with the deepening of economic globalization, the world political and economic landscape also to the development of a multipolar, more and more African continent has been the world's expectations and concerns. For China, both from the aspect of economic development or political cooperation, the strategic position of the African region are increasingly critical. Chinese enterprises to invest in Africa began in the early 1990s of the last century, after more than ten years, the African continent gradually from raw materials, energy origin of Chinese enterprises development to product sales market place and international direct investment. Along with the development and expansion of Chinese enterprises in Africa, the spontaneous formation nonprofit enterprise, mutual aid, self-regulatory organization - funded enterprises Chamber of Commerce have come into being. Chamber of Commerce-funded enterprises in African countries is to provide information and services to the member companies to promote China-Africa bilateral economic cooperation for the purpose of the interests of the coordination between member companies to expand bilateral and multilateral exchanges play a positive role. With the constantly consolidate the China-Africa friendly relations, Chinese-funded enterprises continue to grow and develop even more important for the development of scientific development strategy of Chinese-funded enterprises in Africa Chamber of Commerce. The paper uses a combination of theoretical and empirical, macroscopic and microscopic research methods, conducted in-depth research-funded enterprises in Africa Chamber of Commerce, the text is divided into six parts described and demonstrated. First, the introduction of the background and significance of the topic of this article, literature review of the research, the research framework and research methods, and the originality of this article reviews the development process of the trade associations, chambers of commerce, and overseas-funded enterprises the positioning on the concepts, objectives and functions. Subsequently, using the SWOT strategic theory analysis of a Chinese-funded enterprises in Africa Chamber of Commerce exist within the strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats faced by the external, which put forward the strategic direction of the Chamber of Commerce is a combination of horizontal and vertical. Countermeasures these four areas from the bottleneck of economic and trade cooperation under the Chamber of Commerce in coordination functions to create a partner-learning trade associations, chambers of commerce in the role as a bridge in cross-cultural cooperation between China and Africa, Chinese-funded enterprises Chamber of facing African security issues future development proposals for the Chinese-funded enterprises in Africa Chamber of Commerce.
