Abstract


China's economic development has been the existence of unbalanced regional economic development characteristics, national priority since the reform and opening policy as well as the eastern part of the geographical advantage of the coastal location of impact, the eastern region's economic levels were significantly ahead of the central and western regions. With the continuous development of the private economy has become a national and regional economic development an important part. However, the level of regional economic disparities persist, some scholars indicate that the eastern, central and western regions of economic development gap, mainly from the private economy, the gap between the level of development that the private economy is an important factor affecting regional development. This paper argues that, in addition to development priorities and geographical advantages of factors, the operating environment is affecting the private key factor in economic development. In recognition of the private economy for the important role of regional development and development status, the articles in the literature research and qualitative research, based on the indicators in many a representative of the six selected key indicators, to build influence in eastern, central and western regions private economy development level index system. Using SPSS statistical software on a regional basis six indicators ANOVA analysis, the leading Midwest private key factor in the slow economic development, on the assumption that the proportion of industrial output in the overthrow of the impact certainly other five indicators effects. The first section presents research background and significance, summarize the research methods, research ideas and research framework; second part for variance analysis and theoretical development of private economy overview theoretical groundwork for the article; stimulating economic growth from the third part, increase employment opportunities and develop the market three aspects of the important role of the private economy and the effect, and from the overall size of the tax burden, science and technology investment and financing environment, access restrictions, industry structure perspective Midwest private economic development status; fourth based in part on the literature study selected a representative set of indicators and analysis and practical feasibility analysis, building index system, the use of single-factor analysis of variance on the eastern, central and western regions of the three indicators of differences in analysis, the affect three areas of private key factor in economic development; fifth part results from the analysis of variance to draw conclusions and make relevant countermeasures and prospects. Finally, draw, tax accounting, science and technology investment accounting, accounting practitioners and tourism foreign exchange earnings are affected eastern, central and western regions balanced development of private economy an important factor; fixed asset investment accounted for balanced regional development have an impact , but not significant; industrial output value accounted for three balanced development of the region is not affected. Meanwhile, the impact of private key factor in economic development between regions are not identical.
