Abstract


The twenty-first century, companies will be in an invincible position in the fierce competition market, improve their profitability, in addition to considering the external environment, but also from the internal management of working fine, timely and accurate understanding of all aspects of the enterprise’s profit and loss, in order to make fast and accurate strategic business decisions in the competitive environment. Because all aspects of the profit and loss situation must be related to an integrated IT system and carry a certain amount of business and financial data to show, an enterprise data timely and accurate information depends not only on the integration of IT systems, more dependent on the structural support system integration expression data, its quality is good or bad information not only directly affect the level of integration also determines the level of integrated information data quality.In this paper, we made the H Company as an example, it belongs to the telecommunications industry and its main source of operating revenue over 95% of all projects from China and abroad, In allusion to the problem when the project’s profit and loss information integrated, integrated with the company’s pre-project accounting, Putting forward:how to define the profit or loss information, how to identify the problems of profit and loss point of information integration and solutions, how to do the structured expression of the profit or loss information, how to do the monitoring of project’s profit and loss situation, in particular, the project structured expression of profit and loss information is to achieve the basis of the IT system information, then you can improve the overall project management level. In this context, I introduce of the enterprise information management theory, project management theory, data management and integration of enterprise information management theory.Finally, expression of enterprise project profit and loss information in practice, and makes recommendations.
