Abstract

Company in the fierce market competition to achieve long-term survival and development, we must continue to reduce production costs in the process of continuous improvement of product quality and meet customer requirements and expectations. As the environment changes and the company's development needs, how to further improve the quality of strategic management, perfect quality control system, improve product quality, reduce production costs and enhance competitiveness, the company has become an urgent problem. In this paper, the operation of the quality management strategy system status, cost of poor quality and corporate quality culture several aspects, respectively, of assembly production process, molding production process, stamping production process, as well as overseas customers at all stages of complaints from human, machine, material, method ring, measuring six aspects were analyzed and found during the operation of the quality management strategy problems. Based on the analysis in question, from the organizational structure, system construction and process control several aspects of the quality management system for improved management strategies and provide implementation assurance. In order to achieve continuous improvement and competitiveness requirements, organizations must regularly run system for quality management strategy and the effectiveness of evaluation in order to detect problems and make improvements.
