Abstract


Private enterprises has become an important part of our national economy and played an important role in promoting economic growth and maintain social stability . Since the reform and opening up , the private enterprises has been greatly developed , but in the development process also encountered a lot of difficulties , exposed many problems and unreasonable capital structure is a prominent issue , it has been largely affect the sustained and healthy development of the enterprise . Capital structure affect corporate financing behavior and corporate value , and if it is reasonable and directly related to the survival and development of enterprises , macro determines the structure and efficiency of the allocation of social resources . MK company is a typical private enterprise , a direct result of unreasonable capital structure , corporate cash flow, the production equipment is too old order can not be delivered to a series of problems related to corporate survival , another too concentrated ownership structure , corporate governance there are serious flaws in the company's governance structure can not play a normal function , and cause serious negative impact on the company 's scientific decision-making and strategic management . MK facing operating difficulties it faces risks and causes ; expounded at home and abroad theoretical basis of the status quo as well as the corporate capital structure optimization of the capital structure theory , and its capital structure optimization according to the the MK company's financial data analysis necessity ; resources owned by the enterprise , the correct use of the theory of capital structure , to coordinate the relationship between corporate finance order Pecking Order , MK company to develop the appropriate capital structure optimization program to improve the the MK company's governance structure . Makes the MK company 's capital structure has been optimized to solve the shortage of funds the company 's predicament , and to provide reference and recommendations on corporate governance at the same time . Just a tool to solve the problem through the optimization of the the MK company's capital structure , a deeper understanding of the theory and methods in the work to specific analysis of the specific circumstances of different objects , otherwise the company will bring negative impact unknown .
