Abstract


With the deepening of reform and the constant improvement of the modern enterprise system , as the basis of the market as its independent operators and stakeholders to participate in the socialist market competition . Strengthening of internal financial control is an important way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises , and how to establish and regulate the internal control system , strengthening internal financial control mechanisms , and establish a scientific and applicable internal financial control demonstration system , enterprise management reform and development item urgent task. From a historical point of view of development , has an inherent association between the internal financial controls and internal control , coordinated development gradually \From the institutional perspective of corporate finance , internal control is not open around the topic , because the internal control factors endogenous to the enterprise financial value chain . Therefore , a sound system of internal financial control is the basic guarantee for the company's internal control . In this paper, based on internal control relevant theoretical analysis of the basic situation of the YM the company's financial , finishing a program to optimize the internal financial control system , and detailed description of the protection of the main content of the optimization program and its implementation . The research of the subject from the internal financial control theory able for YM companies to further improve their internal control system , and continue to provide the appropriate countermeasures to strengthen the management of the internal financial controls , and will effectively solve the existing problems of the YM companies , with such optimized implementation of the program by YM acceptance and promotion, it is perhaps also for other businesses to provide a reference in the development of the system of internal financial control .
