Abstract


In the era of knowledge economy , the enterprise cluster development has a huge role in promoting regional economic development . Enterprise clusters in knowledge management has played an important role in promoting the development of cluster enterprises . In order to enhance the competitiveness of the entire enterprise clusters and enterprise , cluster enterprises should speed up the process of knowledge sharing , to enhance the effect of knowledge sharing . In this paper, on the basis of analysis of the process of knowledge sharing and influencing factors in enterprise the cluster knowledge sharing process . Szulanski - based model of knowledge exchange and the British scholar Myrna Gilbert knowledge sharing model , a knowledge - sharing process is divided into three phases , respectively, for knowledge identification stage , knowledge sharing implementation phase , knowledge sharing integration phase . And build a factor model based on the impact of the enterprise the cluster knowledge sharing process based on the sharing process . The detailed analysis of the various stages of the influencing factors of knowledge sharing , the various stages of the influencing factors and summarized proposed measure variables of various factors , and filter factor analysis of the impact of various variables , with SPSS17.0 software from Tianjin City Binhai New Area enterprises cluster questionnaire analysis , correlation analysis , analysis of the relationship of the various influencing factors and knowledge sharing effect interphalangeal Finally, through regression analysis , and analysis of the causality of each factor and knowledge sharing effect . Conclusion : knowledge recessive trait have a negative impact on the effect of knowledge sharing ; the sharing willingness to have a positive impact on the effect of knowledge sharing ; differences in characteristics between the two sides have a significant negative impact on the effect of knowledge sharing ; the cluster culture of knowledge sharing effects have a positive impact ; knowledge management capabilities have a positive impact on the effect of knowledge sharing , knowledge - learning ability to have a positive impact on the effect of knowledge sharing and verify the proposed six original assumption . In this paper, the problems in the enterprise cluster in the process of knowledge sharing , given the strategies and recommendations , we can see that certain theoretical significance and use to analyze the effect of knowledge sharing for improving enterprise cluster based on the factors influencing the process of knowledge sharing value.
