Abstract


This is a new era , an era of entrepreneurship . In today 's global economic downturn , and the ever-increasing pressure on employment , more and more people see the dawn of entrepreneurial burst of entrepreneurial passion , batch after batch of entrepreneurs and inspired the emergence of more and more people carries the dream toward turning back the entrepreneurial path . At present , China 's entrepreneurial environment . On the one hand , our colleges and universities entrepreneurship education gradually improved, out of school to engage in businesses and provide a good learning platform for the highly educated . On the other hand , China promulgated the \Local governments in taxes , capital, consulting for entrepreneurs to provide many preferential policies . Coupled with China in recent years, good economic development trend , all of these conditions have contributed to the highly educated people to start their own businesses . From highly educated people factor , its dissatisfaction with the conditions of employment , employment changes in the thinking of factors also contributed to the highly educated people from employment to entrepreneurship . According to one of the National Development and Reform Commission on China Venture investigation report , the education level of the entrepreneurial crowd gradually become the development trend of highly educated more and more , the number of undergraduate and graduate students in the overall entrepreneurial population , high entrepreneurship educated people will gradually be taken seriously. In this paper , based on the summary of the the entrepreneurial status quo of the highly educated people at home and abroad , through the design and analysis of the questionnaire , the establishment of the \entrepreneurial talent, a critical success factor and secondary factor ; Finally, the paper combines primary and secondary factors put forward countermeasures and suggestions highly educated entrepreneurial talent .
