Abstract


In recent years , China's rapid economic sustainable development of SMEs as an important part of our national economy , plays a pivotal role in the economic development and social progress . In the fierce market competition , SMEs are often in the early days was very successful , but to the growth stage of its development encountered a bottleneck , many enterprises have been closed down , and weak internal control system of SMEs in China has a close relationship . Internal control system is not perfect or inadequate implementation , which greatly reduced the core competitiveness of enterprises , establish a sound system of internal control is a particular need to focus on the problem of SMEs in the development . SMEs internal control system can not be as large enterprises as exhaustive, but according to its own characteristics and the actual situation , focused , easy to operate, easy to implement . In this paper, the evolution of the development of the internal control theory as a starting point , analysis of the course of development of our internal control on the status of the internal controls of SMEs in China , with the systems thinking method to analyze the reasons for these current problems . Combined with the characteristics of small and medium enterprises , the need for SMEs to establish a sound internal control system and holistic analysis from the perspective of systems thinking . SMEs in China , our internal control specification based on the combination of the elements of the internal control framework to establish an internal control system proposed recommendations . The expectations of to build SME internal control system of research to improve managers to strengthen internal control awareness , promotion of SMEs to further establish and improve the modern enterprise internal control system to achieve its sustainable development .
